Professor Maringa, PS Public Works inspecting the Manda airport jetty (35m) and the Lamu Public & KPA jetties yesterday (32m). All will be rehabilitated starting this November by the State Department for Public Works. Works to be complete in May 2019. With him are the Chief Structural Engineer SDoPW Eng Nyaanga & the County Commisioner Mr. Joseph Kanyiri.
