State Department for Public Works PS, Major General(Retired Gordon Kihalangwa addressing newly employed staff today at KBRC building’s auditorium. He advised them to maintain professionalism in their work at all times. He also underscored the need for respect for their seniors. A total of 162 officers have joined the State Department. They include architects, engineers, quantity surveyors, and technicians. They will soon be posted to various parts of the country.
