A team of officers from the State Department for Public Works with experts from the ICT ministry busy at work developing an e-library for the Kenya Building Research Centre (KBRC). They are in Naivasha at the Kenya Agricultural and Livestock Research Organisation Centre (KALRO). The e-library alongside a website will go a long way in meeting the needs of those interested in new research on alternative and cheaper building materials.
